Discussion and needs for the good of the neighborhood:
.) Accepted bids and hired a new landscaper to stay up to date on cost of front entrance cleanup and to be good Stewarts, especially since the property areas have decreased in size due to the selling of property on the right.
.) The neighbor is interested in starting a Compost Mulch Pick up. If there is an interest to participate, please email?
.) Beautification Committee – Weed pulling and sprucing up the front entrance periodically. Maybe consider a once a year neighborhood clean up as we have done in the past, maybe Earth Day? Need a new person to do message boards, thank you Norma Melendez for years of doing this duty.
.) Yard of the Month Nomination Committee (2-3 Members) for Yard of the Month selection.
.) Covenants and By Laws Committee, assist the board on updating current Covenants and Restrictions. This will be a goal for the current board to accomplish this year with the help of a new hired attorney. Current covenants are not clear and there are updates that need to be addressed and presented to the board.
.) A reminder of the neighborhoods Group Me AP.
.) ARC Request Reminder email or drop request in neighborhood mail box.
.) Thank you to Ruth Yeomans that for years has donated the American Flag in honor of her father and all Veterans.
.) Questions about our current neighborhood restrictions can be reviewed on the neighborhood website www.gahaganplantation.com any questions, please email the board at gahaganplantation@gmail.com or drop a written request in the neighborhood mailbox located on the back of the neighborhood message board.
