Gahagan Plantation is a wonderful, family oriented community nestled in the heart of Summerville, South Carolina. Our neighborhood is connected to the Sawmill Branch Trail a paved eight mile trail which connects 12 different communities. We are a short walk to the Gahagan Sports Complex, a premier r
ecreational facility offering state-of-the-art amenities including baseball fields, a football field, and playground.

Reminder
If you are doing alterations to your home and or yard (fences, sheds,renovations, shingle replacements, window replacements) you must have approval of the GHOA architectural review committee before the project starts.
Please contact us and a form can be provided or hand delivered. In some cases of construction (as well as tree removal) a permit must be issued by the town, if this is the case the arc will provide to you the signed and approved forms that you can submit to the town when requesting your permit. These rules are to protect everyone's rights as a property owner in Gahagan.
