ARC contact is the current board that meets the third Tuesday of each month, for a form email us - emails are checked often.

The Gahagan HOA ARC Request Form assures the board that you have read the guidelines in the Covenants and will abide by them......The Board requires one set of plans to keep. You will then take that form to the Town of Summerville and request a permit from them, for the work stated. The permit has to be visible, so most people attach it to the inside of a window. We must remember that if any work is done that is not to code, the town can make you take it down.
