Notice is hereby given for the holding of the Annual Meeting of GAHAGAN PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, Tuesday, May, 22, 2018 at the corner of 609 Black Oak (where we have the summer picnic). Please bring a lawn chair.

In accordance to GHOA Bylaws this year’s election is considered an even year election and President, Treasurer, and 2 General Board Members need to be elected. Please note the board election ballot below. Circle your selection or write in a nominee if you wish. Nominations may also be made from the floor; nominee must be present at the Annual Meeting/Election and a GHOA member in good standing. Even if you are planning on attending the annual meeting we ask that you, PLEASE RETURN THIS BALLOT ASAP/NO LATER THAN MAY 12, as it is important that we have a quorum established before any business can be conducted in accordance to our covenants and bylaws.
